OpVault is a hosted vault for business records, files and credentials, with an audit trail and an agent that can read the vault on your instruction. It is operated by Opscend.
Access is by invitation. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in and for the devices you pair. Pairing a device grants that device's browser the ability to run commands on your machine through the bridge; revoke it when you no longer control that browser.
You own what you put in the vault. We process it only to run the service. Sealed records are never sent to a model. Keys you bring are used only to call the provider you chose, on your behalf, and are encrypted at rest.
Access events are recorded and retained for the life of your organisation. You may export the trail at any time. We will not delete entries from it, including at your request, because its value is that it is complete.
Do not store material you are not entitled to store, and do not use the agent to act against systems you do not control. We may suspend an account that does.
We aim for the figures on the status page and publish incidents there. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
We will post changes to these terms on the changelog and notify the organisation's admin by email before they take effect.
